France's Flagship Agricultural Trade Fair

Salon International de l'Agriculture (SIA Paris, founded 1964) is France and Europe's largest agricultural trade and public exhibition, organized by Comexposium. Held annually each late February to early March (10 days) at Porte de Versailles, Paris, drawing approximately 600,000 visitors total (~180,000 trade buyers, ~420,000 public visitors), and 2,500+ exhibitors from 80+ countries. The fair is the central meeting point for French and EU agricultural producers, livestock sellers, food origin (AOP/IGP) brands, agricultural equipment suppliers, and food distributors. India is a secondary but growing source for organic spices, basmati rice, pulses, and livestock-feed inputs that enter French and EU food supply chains.
