This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Radiance Overseas Private Limited (“Radiance”, “we”, “us”), 60, Silver Oaks, Annapurna Road, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452009, India, collects when you use www.radianceoverseas.com, why we collect it, who it is shared with and what rights you have. We are a business-to-business exporter and this website is meant for importers, distributors, manufacturers and other trade buyers. We act as the Data Fiduciary (controller) for the data described below.
We collect data only in the ways listed here.
We use Google Tag Manager (container GTM-T3S959KM) to load measurement tools. Through it we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. These tools may collect your IP address (Google Analytics does not store full IP addresses), browser and device type, approximate location, pages viewed, time on page, clicks, scrolling, referring website and, for Clarity, anonymised session recordings and heatmaps of how pages are used. We also record events such as clicks on phone, email and WhatsApp links and successful enquiry submissions (the product chosen, not your name or email). Our network and security provider, Cloudflare, processes requests to our site (including your IP address) to deliver pages, cache content and filter malicious traffic.
Our own pages do not set cookies for login or shopping, because there is no account system or online store. Cookies and identifiers are set by the measurement tools loaded through Google Tag Manager, typically:
_ga and _ga_<container-id> (tell visitors and sessions apart)._clck and _clsk (session and user identifiers for recordings and heatmaps).__cf_bm may be set where Cloudflare bot protection is active.Exact names and lifetimes are controlled by those providers and can change. At the date of this policy the site does not display a cookie-consent banner. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use tracking-protection features, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking these tools does not stop you from using the site or sending an enquiry. To ask about a specific cookie, write to info@radianceoverseas.com.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and handle enquiries, and only as needed:
Some of these providers process data outside India (for example in the United States and the European Union). We rely on each provider’s own safeguards and on the cross-border transfer rules of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Third-party sites we link to (for example LinkedIn or Google Maps) are governed by their own privacy policies.
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond, to continue a business relationship and to meet legal, tax and export-record obligations, and then delete or anonymise them. Enquiries that do not lead to business may be deleted on request. Retention of analytics data follows the settings in our Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity accounts.
The website is served over HTTPS and access to enquiry inboxes is limited to our team. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send payment-card or other sensitive personal information through the forms; we never ask for it.
As a Data Principal you may:
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational and the law allows you to.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the EU or UK GDPR may also apply to your data. Our legal bases are: steps taken at your request before a contract (answering your enquiry), our legitimate interests in running and securing a B2B export business and understanding site usage, and your consent where we ask for it. In addition to the rights in section 7 you may ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and complain to your local data-protection authority. To exercise any right, email info@radianceoverseas.com.
This is a trade website for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
