These Terms of Use govern your use of www.radianceoverseas.com (the “Website”), operated by Radiance Overseas Private Limited, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452009, India (“Radiance”). By using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
The Website is a business-to-business product catalogue for importers, distributors, manufacturers and other trade buyers. It is not an online store: you cannot buy or pay for goods on it, and nothing on it is an offer to sell to consumers.
We supply on a bulk basis. Orders are generally in full container loads (FCL), as stated on the relevant product page, in the FCO form and in the quotation. Lower starting quantities for certain items (such as essential oils, herbs and food chemicals) are stated in the quotation. We do not sell consumer packs through the Website.
Descriptions, specifications, grades, origin, packaging, shelf life and certification details on the Website are typical, indicative values for general information. Agricultural products vary by crop year and lot. The specification that binds us is the one confirmed in the signed contract or proforma invoice and verified for each shipment by the Certificate of Analysis (COA) and the other documents agreed in the contract. Certification status (for example organic or food-safety certificates) is evidenced by the certificates and transaction certificates issued for a consignment; scope and validity are available on request. Images are illustrative.
You agree not to use the forms to send spam or false enquiries, attempt unauthorised access to the Website or its infrastructure, scrape or copy the Website at a volume that harms its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The text, layout, graphics, logos, product images and other content of the Website belong to Radiance or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international law. You may view the Website and print or share individual pages for internal business evaluation of our products, with the source acknowledged. You may not reproduce, republish, sell or create derivative works from the content without our written permission. Names and logos of certification bodies and other third parties belong to their owners.
The Website links to or loads services from third parties (for example LinkedIn, Google Maps, WhatsApp and content-delivery hosts). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
We try to keep the Website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website information in place of a signed contract, from interruptions or errors on the Website, or from third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Liability under a particular sale is governed only by the signed contract for that sale.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any different dispute-resolution clause in a signed sales contract, the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from your use of the Website.
