Why Vitafoods Europe Matters for Indian Agro Exporters and Buyers
Plant protein and functional ingredients are core themes. Soy protein, millet-based ingredients, pulse flours and botanical ingredients all find a place in supplements, sports nutrition and functional foods, where buyers ask for clean specification sheets and residue and allergen documentation.
Typical visitors and buyers:
- Supplement and nutrition brands
- Functional-food manufacturers
- Ingredient distributors
- Contract manufacturers
