Quality: uric acid 100 mg/kg max for millets (FSSAI millets standard 2023); aflatoxin and pesticide residues are tested per lot to destination-country limits. Foreign matter 0.5% max, broken or damaged 2% max and admixture 1% max on food-grade ragi, foxtail and little millet.
