These purity grades indicate the percentage of hulled (skin-removed) seeds. 99.95% hulled is our standard food grade, widely accepted in Middle East, EU, and USA food manufacturing. 99.97% hulled is premium — preferred by European snack manufacturers, tahini producers, and bakeries. 99.98% ultra-premium is required by Japan and South Korea for direct consumption (raw sesame bars, sushi toppings, confectionery). All grades include acid value (≤2.0 mg KOH/g), peroxide value (≤5 meq/kg), and moisture (≤6%) documented in the COA.
Gujarat (Saurashtra region — Rajkot, Junagadh, Amreli districts) is our primary sourcing region, producing India's highest quality white sesame with characteristic bright white colour, high oil content (50%+), and low FFA. Secondary sourcing from Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan for black sesame. We buy directly from Rajkot APMC (Agricultural Produce Market Committee) and certified organic farms with full traceability.
Yes. Our organic sesame range carries USDA NOP, EU Organic (EC 834/2007), Canada Organic (COR), and India Organic (NPOP) certifications. Organic Transaction Certificate (OTC) and NABL COA are provided per shipment. MOQ for organic: 1 MT (LCL) or 18 MT (FCL). Premium pricing applies for organic; request a detailed quotation.
