About AAHAR New Delhi

AAHAR is India's leading food and hospitality trade fair, organized by India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO). Held annually each March at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, with 600+ exhibitors and 40,000+ trade visitors covering food products, ingredients, hospitality, and HoReCa supply chains.

AAHAR is the most important domestic Indian food trade event — drawing international delegations (UAE, Saudi Arabia, US, EU, Africa), Indian retail buyers, and Hotel/Restaurant procurement teams. Radiance has attended AAHAR continuously since 2011 (except COVID 2020 and 2021).

AAHAR Venue

AAHAR is held at Pragati Maidan, India's flagship exhibition complex on Mathura Road, central New Delhi. The 123-acre venue has been completely modernized in the past 5 years and now offers 7 air-conditioned exhibition halls totaling 90,000 m².

Pragati Maidan is connected to Pragati Maidan station on Delhi Metro Blue Line and is 25 minutes by car from IGI Airport. AAHAR typically uses Halls 8–11 (food & ingredients) and Hall 12A (HoReCa equipment).
